All exhibitors will receive two free weekend tickets which includes camping from Friday evening and access to all Saturday evening entertainment

STAND SPACE

All trade display stand sizes must include space to park a van / support vehicle(s) behind your display. C;ub display sizes should include one or two vehicles, otherwise all other vans / trailers will need to be moved to the parking / camping area. Trade and Club Anniversary stands will be on tarmac unless grass is requested. All other stand are likely to be on grass, but If you require a tarmac stand please contact us via email: info@classicbiketrackdays.com

All exhibitors understand that this is a static display only and no motorcycles are to be ridden in the show area other than for taking part in the parades, track sessions. or entry / exit to or from the event. Anyone found riding a motorcycle for another reason will be asked to leave and the club they are with will potentially be excluded from next year’s event. All vehicle movement is prohibited during show hours and all exhibitors must stay until the close of the event. If an exhibitor needs to leave early please contact the Organisers.
