CANCELLATIONS
We understand it's always regrettable if a trackday has to be cancelled and we don’t want you to lose your booking or the complete fee.
However, we have to pay the circuit hire fee regardless of how many riders cancel so Classic Bike Trackdays operates the following cancellation policy;
Informed Cancellation – 15 or more days notice:
£30 admin fee retained per day and the remainder refunded or carried forward to another CBT trackday of your choice (valid for 12 months)
Informed Cancellation – 14 to 7 days notice:
£60 admin fee retained per day and the remainder refunded or carried forward to another CBT trackday of your choice (valid for 12 months)
Informed Cancellation – 6 or less days notice:
£90 admin fee retained per day and the remainder refunded or carried forward to another CBT trackday of your choice (valid for 12 months)
Uninformed Cancellation:
No refund or credit note
