WELSH CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE FESTIVAL SIDECAR TAXI RIDES SATURDAY 24 & SUNDAY 25 MAY 2025
SIDECAR TAXI RIDES
WCMF 2025 is excited to welcome the racing sidecars to this year's event, and offer everyone the very rare opportunity to experience laps on the circuit as a racing sidecar passenger in the Sidecar Taxi Rides.

There will be three racing sidecar taxi ride sessions each day with a mix of F1 and F2 sidecars, and if possible you'll be able to choose the sidecar you'd like to be a passenger on when you meet the teams and see the sidecars at the event.
A booking is just £40 and includes;
2 laps of the circuit* at a pace to suit you
2 adult entry tickets for the Welsh Classic Motorcycle Festival for the day you book your ride, which will be sent via email with a schedule so you know the timings for your booking
meet and greet the teams in the pit garages
overview of the different sidecars, if possible give you the choice of which one you'd like to ride in, and the laps you'll have on track*
more in depth chat with your sidecar team
get "suited & booted" - the team will get you leathers, helmet, boots and gloves. but if you have your own please bring them (leathers must be one piece or fully zip together)
a briefing ahead of your taxi ride
meet your team in the pitlane at the scheduled time ready for your taxi ride
* Saturday = full 3.4km International Circuit, Sunday = Coastal Circuit with Corkscrew 2.5km
We will also be running a competition through the WCMF Facebook page to win a Racing Sidecar Taxi Ride so keep an eye out for details!
