All exhibitors will receive two free weekend tickets which includes camping on Friday & Saturday evening and access to all Saturday evening entertainment

All trade, club & private individual display stand sizes can include space to park one support vehicle if required preferably behind your display - please factor this in when you complete the dimensions below. All other vans / vehicles / trailers will need to be moved to the parking / camping area

All exhibitors understand that this is a static display only and no motorcycles are to be ridden in the show area other than for taking part in the official organised ride-outs, to/from the adventure bike area, track sessions. or entry / exit to or from the event. Anyone found riding a motorcycle for another reason will be asked to leave. All vehicle movement is prohibited during show hours and all exhibitors must stay until the close of the event on Sunday for everyone's safety. If an exhibitor needs to leave early please contact the Organisers.
