SUMMER BIKE BASH - CADWELL PARK    SATURDAY 19 & SUNDAY 20 JULY 2025

SUMMER BIKE BASH STARS

We can't wait to kick the Summer Bike Bash at Cadwell Park into life on the 19/20 July 2025, and all the Suzuki 40th Anniversaries we're celebrating for the GSX-R family, RG500 & 400 and the GSX-1100.

We're excited to let you all know that helping us with this glorious task is none other than two names synonymous with the GSX-R; John Reynolds and Michael Neeves....

John Reynolds
John Reynolds needs no introduction - racing since 1987, "JR" has ridden Yamaha, Kawasaki and Ducati before moving to Suzuki for which he is arguably most well known. John is three time British Superbike Champion with an impressive 37 BSB wins and 117 podiums forming part of a CV across which spans almost a 20 year career including several years with Rizla Suzuki, and more recently joining Team Classic Suzuki to race the TCS Katana

Ian Simpson
European Endurance Champion, ICGP 350 Champion, Supersport Supercup Champion, and Production Powerbike Champion in 1997, Ian is also three time IOM TT Champion including a F1/Senior double riding for the Honda Britain Team in 1998 riding a Honda RC45. Fast forward to 2025 and Ian will be reunited with his TT winning 1997 Honda CBR600 at the Summer Bike Bash, as well as helping "JR" choose the best bikes at the event and presenting the trophies on Saturday evening

Michael Neeves
Senior road tester for Motor Cycle News, part of the team who raced the Team Classic Suzuki Katana at Endurance Legends and well-known GSX-R enthusiast, particularly the GSX-R750 - to the point he bought his own which features in many videos (see below) on his YouTube channel - Michael will be riding his GSX-R750 up to the Summer Bike Bash on Saturday to join us for the evening and throughout Sunday as part of the GSX-R's 40th Anniversary celebrations
